The War Memorial Playing Fields are located on the Petersfield Road in South Harting. The sports pavilion boasts one of the best views in the area and is a perfect spot to watch cricket and football. Tennis courts are also available for locals residents.
The playing fields were purchased by the parish from Sir Thomas Sopwith in 1947 as a memorial for the community after WWII. They are managed by a board of trustees on behalf of the parish.
